Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please reply to your order confirmation email or send us a message at the email address below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first obtaining an RMA # will be refused and your refund/exchange will not be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as health products).
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, and products specifically marked final sale.
Non-Returnable items include:
- Personalized or customized items
- Custom orders
- Discontinued / Final Sale Items
- Undergarments
- Compression wear
- Microphones and communication systems
- Earpieces for communication systems
- Sprays/Aerosols
- Smartwatches
Please be aware that international orders cannot be refunded as well as any order shipped to a business inside or outside of the United States that operate as a Production, Costume, Photography and/or Film company.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note international shipments might incur additional costs. You must contact us directly for specific details or any customs fees, duties, and/or any other charges related to international shipping charged to Third Team will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the event your shipment does not clear customs and it is due to inaction/fault of the buyer, any fees charged to Third Team will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the event a shipment is not delivered, the shipping carrier is instructed to return the items to Third Team in Miami, FL USA. The shipping carrier charges Third Team automatically for the return shipping. These charges will be deducted from your refund amount unless the shipment was returned at no fault of yours. Some common reasons packages are returned to Third Team and would be at the fault of the customer are, but not limited to: Customer failed to receive package after attempted delivery, customer failed to pickup package once package was marked for pickup, customer provided the incorrect shipping address, customer initiated a "return to sender" or customer failed to process the requirements of customs and duties (These are wide ranging depending on the country of delivery).
