1.     Shipping

In many cases, orders will be processed and shipped either same day or next business day, however Third Team will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

b.     International (delivery time varies) 

Delivery of Products purchased from Third Team shall occur, and risk of loss and title to Products shall pass to customer, at the time Third Team transfers the Products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Third Team is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country. Any package returned to Third Team or marked undeliverable due to the customer’s inaction, customer’s failure to pay customs and duties fees, or any other reason outside of Third Team’s responsibility could, and in most cases will, forfeit at the very least the amount Third Team is out  Typically in these cases the shipping carrier charges Third Team for any charges the import country imposes, shipping charges back to our store in Miami, FL USA, as well as any necessary storage and handling fees.

To prevent any customs issues, we recommend you sign up for shipping text alerts, if available in your country, as well as regularly monitor your package via the shipping carriers tracking portal. You will be able to pay any fees and update any information or details needed to clear customs.

Third Team regularly ships international shipments to South America, Canada, Central America, The Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe.
